Justin Robinson, a junior at Arizona State, won the men's 400-meter title in an indoor-best 45.40 seconds at the USATF Indoor Championships at Albuquerque Convention Center in New Mexico. Robinson elevated to No. 3 in the world this season and became the first NCAA Division 1 male collegiate athlete since 1990 to capture the 400 national title.
